You tell us what it is, where it is and why it is exceptional. No endless forms.

Criteria
We review the property with editorial criteria. If it does not fit, we tell you clearly and at no cost.

Documentation
If it fits, we document it: original text, careful photography and a full editorial record.

Presentation
We publish it in the archive or reserve it off-market. Enquiries go straight to your House.
Off-market
If the property should not be made public, it can enter as reserved: it is documented and presented only to qualified enquirers, without exact address or visible price.
